How Does It Work
Get your device repaired in just three easy steps

Step 1. Check-In
Help us help you by disclosing issues like dropping your phone or getting water on your laptop. We’ll check you in with these diagnostic notes for so our techs are able to best assist you.
Step 2. Queue Time
To keep our services as fair as possible, our Standard Queue is First-Come First-Serve. The time before your device will get on the bench usually ranges from 3-5 days. We also have expedite options available at an extra cost.
Step 3. Pick Up
When your repair is complete, we will contact you to inform you that your device is ready for pickup. We do NOT hold devices for more than 60 days unless otherwise specified.

Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days before we get to a device, then however long the repair itself takes. Phones take priority, and are generally looked at same day (with few exceptions). If your issue is time sensitive, we do offer an expedite option to get your device on the bench within 24hr of arrival.
Not at all! Just bring in your device and we will diagnose it within 24-48 hours. Our 24-Hour Priority Service is also available, just ask!
We do offer an on-site service, with this you’ll get to work 1 on 1 with the designated technician assigned to your device issue. We don’t charge any upfront costs, and you only pay for work once it’s completed.
We have a high success rate of recovering data from devices suffering from issues such as; water damage, failing drives, etc. In any cases where we aren’t capable of effectively recovering the data, we are partnered with Gillware® who exclusively specialize in data recovery.
