2. From your computer, open a browser and go to sos.splashtop.com
3. Run the small program it downloads. Read the 9-digit code to your technician.
4. Were in. We can see your screen and walk you through, or take over to fix the problem directly.

Is Remote Support Right For My Issue?

Good fit: software problems, virus/malware cleanup, settings, email setup, printer trouble, software installs, walking through how to do something.

Not a fit: hardware failures (broken screen, dead battery, wont turn on), drive recovery, deep cleaning. For those, bring it to the shop.

Pricing

Remote support is billed by the hour at our normal shop rate. We diagnose first, give you a quote, and only proceed when you say yes.
