Pricing & Policy
Data recovery work requires significant time on our equipment whether the data is recovered or not. We do not offer “no fix, no fee” recovery — the diagnostic and any attempted recovery work is billable regardless of outcome. We tell you up front what the chances look like and what the cost will be before committing to a full recovery attempt. For drives that require clean-room work or proprietary tools, Gillware® pricing is separate and quoted directly by them.
