Computer repair has been our business in Alexandria, Minnesota for more than three decades. We started as a desktop PC shop in the early days of personal computing — when “computer” meant a beige tower running DOS. As technology evolved, so did we. Today we repair phones, tablets, laptops, Macs, gaming PCs, business networks, and just about anything with a circuit board.
Through it all, the focus has stayed the same: treat customers fairly, do good work, stand behind it. Three decades of word-of-mouth from satisfied customers across central Minnesota — Alexandria, Nelson, Garfield, Carlos, Hudson, Holmes City, Osakis, Sauk Centre, Glenwood, Long Prairie, Brandon, Parkers Prairie — is the reason we are still here when so many shops have come and gone.

Owner Mathaies T Noding took over the shop in May 2020 and continues the tradition. Personalized service, fair prices, and the kind of treatment you only get from a small local business that knows its customers. How We Work
In-shop repairs are walk-in, first-come-first-serve. No appointment needed for drop-offs. Typical wait is 3–5 business days before your device gets on the bench. Once we start working on it, we call you with a clear quote before any repair work begins. Phones get priority and are often same-day.
Need it faster? Expedite service is available for an additional fee — your device gets on the bench within 24 hours of arrival.
Scheduling is only for on-site visits (network/server work, business support calls) and remote support sessions. Those services are billed separately from in-shop repair work. Call us to set up a time.
If we cannot fix it, we tell you that. If repair cost approaches replacement cost, we tell you that. If you would be better off with a different solution, we tell you that. Our reputation depends on you trusting us — so we earn that trust on every interaction, even the ones where we do not make the sale.

Our shop is at 610 Broadway St in downtown Alexandria, MN. Customers regularly drive in from across central Minnesota and the Lakes Country region:

For network and server work we also do on-site visits to homes and businesses in our service area. For most other repairs, customers drop off and pick up at our shop.
Through our remote support service we also help long-time Alexandria customers who travel — snowbirds in Arizona, Florida, and Texas, plus folks who have moved out of state but kept us as their go-to. If you have used us before and need help wherever you are now, give us a call.
