How long will my repair take?

Our normal processing time is 3–5 business days before we get to a device, then however long the repair itself takes. Phones take priority and are generally looked at the same day, with few exceptions. If your issue is time sensitive, we offer an expedite option to get your device on the bench within 24 hours of arrival.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device in?

No. In-shop repair is walk-in, first-come-first-serve. Drop your device off any time during business hours. Typical wait is 3–5 business days to get on the bench. Once we start, we call you with a quote before any repair work begins. Phones get priority and are often same-day.

Need it sooner? Expedite service is available for an additional fee — your device gets on the bench within 24 hours of arrival.

Can a technician work on-site at my home or office?

Yes. On-site visits are scheduled in advance and billed at our on-site service rate (separate from in-shop repair pricing). With on-site service you work one-on-one with the technician assigned to your device or network issue. There are no upfront costs — you pay once the work is completed.

Can you recover data from a damaged drive?

We have a high success rate recovering data from failing drives, accidentally deleted files, and similar storage issues. In cases where we cannot recover the data ourselves, we partner with Gillware® who specialize exclusively in data recovery.

Do you repair water-damaged devices?

For liquid-damaged devices we focus on data recovery rather than guaranteed repair. We do not warranty water damage repairs because corrosion is unpredictable — a device that powers on after our cleaning may develop new issues weeks or months later. Bring the device in quickly and do not turn it on. We will attempt to recover your data and we may be able to get the device functional, but we cannot guarantee long-term reliability of liquid-damaged hardware.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Every repair we perform comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of service.

Do you sell computers and parts?

Yes. We sell custom-built desktops, refurbished laptops, and a wide range of PC components and peripherals — keyboards, mice, monitors, cables, drives, memory, power supplies, networking gear, and more.
